My passion and interest for food began the minute my mum placed an over-sized apron over my head, stood me on a chair and out a wooden spoon into my hand.
When I was very young Mum and Dad had an allotment and grew fruit and vegetables. That is where I learnt where food came from and how it was grown. I’m passionate about locally sourcing products and supporting local small businesses.
I’ve been a head cook for the last seven years at a local farm shop and cafe. I’ve been making cakes and catering for small parties for the last few years and now its the right time to launch my business.
